Job Description

• The candidate should have knowledge of hybrid structures, including steel, cement, andwood.
• Strong interest in Green Building Projects and sustainable construction practices.
• Prepare detailed designs, based on Architectural controls/guidelines, features, and specifications, pertaining to buildings and various external elements and components suchas common facilities, open spaces, landscape structures, and features.
• Conceptualizing and creating designs, both, manually and through extensive use of CAD applications & design software platforms
• Capable of leading the team, Ability to work well with a team and diligently meeting project deadlines.
• Site evaluation and analysis of architectural character relevant to social and cultural heritage.
• Prepare detailed designs, based on Architectural controls/guidelines, features, and specifications, pertaining to buildings and various external elements and components such as common facilities, open spaces, landscape structures, and features.
• BOQ preparation
• Proposal creation Monitor activities & progress through regular site visits & coordination of external services and contractors
• Monitoring factory production and QC inspection.
• Should come up with innovative solutions.

Education/ Experience.

• Qualified M. Arch /B.Arch./ from a reputed Institute with 4-7+ Year experience
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Auto CAD, 3D, sketch up, Revit and other relevant software used for the same.

Job Summary:

The Construction Management Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Planning & Scheduling:

• Prepare work schedules and construction timelines
• Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to management

Quality & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues
• Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and consultants
• Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs
• Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily site reports, drawings, and records
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, project status and delays
• Recommend corrective reports/actions
• Support in handling project billing, change orders, and claims

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and codes
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Qualifications:
