Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage and assist in all accounting related tasks.
• Calculate Taxes and returns and ensure all statutory compliances are prepared correctly and filed within defined time-lines.
• Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation.
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the concerned reporting manager.
• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary, follow-up for receivables and other accounting related management tasks.

The Structure Design Engineer will be responsible for leading the work of a design squad on various types of wooden buildings. Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. Should be able to independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete the design of the entire structure.
Job Duties:
• Provide sound technical expertise when applying engineering principles, techniques and methods to design of wooden projects.
• Performs complex engineering tasks effectively and accurately
• Review and extracts engineering information from CAD Drawings
• Prepares and reviews structural models using common structural analysis software such as STAAD PRO, ETAB etc.
• Prepares engineering designs computations, sketches, and review final design drawings/documents.
• Liaison and coordination with the Clients as required.
• Provides technical guidance to Design Engineers, Architect working on the same project.
