1-Recruitment of Contractual Skilled, Semiskilled Labour & Executives On-rolls: 2-Work closely with the Project Team and develop manpower requirement plan & resource allocation for both Contractual & On-rolls. 3-Maintain list of contractual manpower supplier for Carpenters, Plumbing, Electrical, Drilling, Maison, and related labour. 4-Screen/ filter candidates and schedule interviews in with Project Managers. 5-Conduct preliminary interviews and participate in selection in final interviews of candidates. 6-Work closely with site In-charges and monitor performance of employees posted at Project-Site locations. 7-Maintain Database of all categories of contractual manpower and labour suppliers along with their agreements/ contracts. 8-Prepare Job Descriptions and update Job Description Manual on regular basis.

Capable of leading the team, Ability to work well with a team and diligently meeting project deadlines. Conceptualizing and creating designs, both, manually and through extensive use of CAD applications & design software platforms Site evaluation and analysis of architectural character relevant to social and cultural heritage Prepare detailed designs, based on Architectural controls/guidelines, features and specifications, pertaining to buildings and various external elements and components such as common facilities, open spaces, landscape structures and features. BOQ preparation Proposal creation Monitor activities & progress through regular site visits & coordination of external services and contractors Monitoring factory production and QC inspection. Should come up with innovative solutions.

Civil Engineer


SARA ABODE is currently seeking experienced Structural Design Engineer for wooden buildings. The Structure Design Engineer will be responsible for leading the work of a design squad on various types of wooden buildings. Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. Should be able to independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete the design of the entire structure.
