Architectural Draughtsman

Job Description:

1. Expert in Architectural 2D drafting with proper detailing.
2. Should be able to do the GFC for complete project.
3. Should be able to do the log-working drawing for cottages and log-houses.
4. Should be able to understand the log details and components used in log working to implement
the standards.
5. Should be able to make the calculation on GFC and log working for overall project material
quantity.
6. Should be able to do the Door/window Schedule.
7. Should be able to do the log listing with log working and to understand the packaging schedule
Relevant Qualification:
Bachelor’s in engineering, Architecture, or diploma in equivalent technical degree in Construction
Management/Infrastructure Management/Architecture/Interior Designing.
Experience: 1 to 3 years

Essential skills:

1. Should have excellent drafting skills.
2. Should be well versed with understanding architectural working and construction drawings.
3. Must be proficient with software – MS office, AutoCAD.
